When an alleged criminal accuses the police of corruption its usually the Conservatives that say its only more proof that he is a criminal. Only this time its the Conservatives themselves that are accusing the RCMP of being a crooked organization. One which is concealing vital information from the public about the cost of registering firearms and its allegedly doing so because our diligent Officer's of the Peace are greedily trying to dig into the public purse. This argument was recently made by Conservative Public Safety Minister Peter Van Loan.

Many people have made the argument that the Conservatives themselves are so concerned with the economic well-being of Canada that it takes priority over everything, even public safety. However even this idea breaks down when considering the amount of money the Conservatives are willing to spend protecting us from the dangers of sex.

Its ironic that the Conservatives are so obsessed with proving conspiracy theories about the gun registry not being worth the investment since it was the Conservatives themselves that were so insistent that the sex offenders registry was worth its cost. They seem equally fanatically about proving this conspiracy as they are the other.

So why is it that the Conservative government is so afraid of sex and yet so caviler about the possibility of being shot dead? Perhaps its because the Conservatives don't feel that there is anything wrong with killing. Maybe this is especially true if you are killing someone they dislike, such as homosexuals? Maybe the gun registry makes it to difficult for individuals to launch violent assaults against those that have alternative views to them, including this website.

Make no mistake. The Conservatives don't care if a single gun is registered anywhere in the country. They have even repeatedly granted general amnesty to those who refuse to register. In contrast they want as many sex offender's registered as possible and I invite you to interpret the term as broadly as you can. After all the Conservatives are undoubtedly not satisfied with Canada's non-trivial gambit of sex-crime legislation and intend to interfere with what we do in the privacy own our bedrooms as much as they can. If the Conservatives had a majority government they would use the not withstanding clause, even rewrite the Charter of Rights and Freedoms to ensure that this "tool" could not circumvent their rectitude.

Why is it for instance that even though its against the law to sexually mutilate a child, no one in Canada is registered as a sex offender for performing a religious circumcision of a little boy? Clearly the Charter states that the law must protect male victims every bit as much as female ones. Is it because religious circumcision fits into their Judeo-Christian faith based bubble? After all no serious academic would recommend the procedure on a normal penis and HIV rates in countries where circumcision rates are high are often much greater than those in regions in where its nearly unheard of.

How do we know that is not because of their overt Judeo-Christian values? Because the Conservatives do nothing to embrace the Judeo-Christian values of charity or forgiveness. The reason why the Conservatives do not condemn circumcision in Canada is because they know that it desensitizes the penis, as Rabbis have admitted for thousands of years. In the sexually anorexic minds of the Conservatives this is a good thing and in this particular case the rights of the child must be over-ridden. Its because Stephen Harper's cronies are much much more afraid of an infant boy's penis then they are afraid of guns! Its not machines of murder that makes their skin crawl at night but human biology.

Tell your candidate not to fall for Conservative propaganda. Tell them you are sick and tired of the Conservative's sex-phobia and want an election called today! At the moment, no opposition party is strong enough to defeat the Conservatives. Only we, the electorate can block them by strategically voting against them! Every election since their inception, the Reform — Alliance — Conservatives have gained seats influence and power. Its up to each of us to do everything we can to prevent the Conservatives from getting seats. Next election donate money, volunteer time, and vote for the candidate most likely to win against the Conservative.
